A Feast on Zimbabwean and American Cuisine

A small group of friends and family residing in the United States of America decide to make a trip to Uganda and Zimbabwe. What better way to host them than to prepare our motherland traditional mouth watering buffet complimented by a tasty exotic dish? True to our plan, the buffet did prove to be amazing and had our “visitors” licking their fingers. Visiting various spots dotted across the country, the visitors learnt about the wonderful history and got an invaluable lesson that was rendered free of how to slaughter a goat and make great cuisine from the goat offals.
